We offer private and independent guidance, eligibility analysis and administrative support services. We are not a government agency, we do not guarantee results, and we do not legally represent the client before courts.
3. Free audit
The initial audit is free and without obligation. Any additional service is contracted in writing through a specific agreement detailing scope, deadlines and fees.
4. User obligations
The user agrees to provide accurate information and not to use the site for unlawful purposes. Providing false information may invalidate any guidance given.
5. Intellectual property
The contents, brand, logos, texts and structure of the site are property of Venturecapitalpr LLC. Reproduction without written authorization is forbidden.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venturecapitalpr LLC will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of opportunity arising from the use of the site.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and, where applicable, the federal laws of the United States. Disputes will be submitted to the courts of San Juan.
